We apologize if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 
Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer any store credit. We accept exchanges if the size is still available. Since there is a limited amount of items we cannot promise you an exchange but we can offer store credit.


To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@luvchivboutique.com within 14 days from delivery date to request a return form. 


Your item must:
-Be unused
-Unwashed 
-Not have makeup stains and/or deodorant stains
-Not have animal hair
-Not have cigarette smoke odor
-Have the tag on 
-Be in the same condition that you received it
-Be in the original packaging

Please contact us within 24 hours from delivery date if the item you received is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Due to hygiene purposes, we cannot accept the following items:
-Swim wear
-Bodysuits
-Accessories

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Sale items

To complete your return, make sure you email back the return form to us or print it and send it back with your package. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive your store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
