Shipping

We are currently ONLY shipping inside the United States. Shipping will be a flat $6.95 for standard shipping. If you spend over $100.00, you will receive FREE SHIPPING. Standard shipping takes between 3-5 business days. Printing labels can take 1-3 days. After the label has been printed, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. You will receive an e-mail if for any reason your package is delayed or cancelled. 

To ensure the delivery of your package, make sure you provide us the correct shipping information. If you realize that your information has been entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at info@luvchicboutique.com. We will try our best to fulfill your request and change the address. We are NOT responsible for any incorrect information that we cannot change. 

Please note that if your package has been delivered, we DO NOT hold responsibility for any lost/stolen packages. Please make sure you keep track of your package. If you did not receive an e-mail with a tracking number within 4 days of placing your order, make sure you e-mail us at info@luvchicboutique.com. 

Gift Cards

If you purchase a gift card you will receive an e-mail with a gift certificate. The gift certificate will include a code and the allowed amount that can ONLY be used on our website. There is no expiration date. 

In order to purchase a gift card you will need to provide us with an e-mail. If you decide to use your e-mail but the gift card is for someone else, you will be responsible for forwarding it to them. Gift cards are NOT refundable.
